Grant by John de Catesby, to William Treweman, parson of Loddebrok church, John de Napton, and William Broke, chaplains, and William de Offchyrche, of all his lands and tenements etc in Coventre and Hoppesford, except a plot of garden called" le Scoleyard" in Coventre, etc, the grantees are to enfeoff the grautor with the said premises within a year, or when required, according to the disposition of the grantor, under his seal. Witnesses: John Marton, mayor of Coventry, Alexander Carpentere, John Smyth, hosier, bailiffs of Coventry, and others (named). Warw. Cheshire. Saturday after St. James, 8 Richard II.
