Grant by Alan de Walsham and John de Thykehull, executors of the will of the late Stephen de Cornhull, citizen and draper of London, to John de Ethebrugge and Margaret his wife, of a tenement with land adjoining at Tymberhuth in the parish of St. Mary Sonnesete (Somerset), London, stretching from Themese-strete to Tymberhuthe-strete. For this grant John and Margaret have paid 35 marcs in part payment of the deceased's debts to the King.
