One lease granted by Richard Chester, draper, and George Smith (Smythe), girdler, citizens of London (7 July 1575) to William Kirkham, for 25 years. By poll deed, William Kirkham granted (18 June 1579) to Robert [Kirkham] and John Spencer of London, haberdasher, lately his apprentice, the two indentures of lease.
