Tripartite indenture between Richard Hoo of Scarning, gentleman, Thomas Warin of Docking, yeoman, and Roger Warin, second son of Thomas, being the marriage settlement between Roger Warin and Elizabeth, daughter of Richard Hoo. The conditions of the agreement were that the marriage was to take place by Christmas 1548, Richard was to pay Roger £40, Roger was to settle lands in Great Massingham and Little Massingham on Elizabeth, and Thomas was to settle land after his death on Roger and Elizabeth jointly.
