Award made by the arbitrators, Sir Henry Bedingfield, George Townshend, esquire, and Robert Keene, gentleman, in a dispute between Richard Hoo of Scarning, gentleman, Thomas Hoo of Burnham Overy, gentleman, and Humphrey Deen (Dean) of Tilney, all in Norfolk, over the wardship, marriage and estates of Eleanor and Mary Deen, daughters of Humphrey, as the conditions of an tripartite agreement made 8 August 1552.
