Bill witnessing that John Pickard, clerk, parson and rector of Brockhall in Northamptonshire, has received from John Coungarton of Flore [Northamptonshire], gentleman, farmer of the parsonage, the sum of £4 for half-year's rent due at Lady Day last, with seal attached. Dated 26 March 1569. Receipt by John Pickarde, clerk, parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], for £4 paid by Mr. Robert Coungletton for a half-year's rent for the parsonage of Brockhall, due last Lady Day. Dated 26 March 1579. Receipt by John Pickarde, clerk, parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], for £4 paid by Mr. Robert Coungletton for a half-year's rent for the parsonage of Brockhall, due next Michaelmas. Dated 24 August 1579. [Dorse:] 'I would have you so to use me now even as you do mean to have me your friend here after.' Bill witnessing that John Pickarde, clerk, parson and rector of Brockhall in Northamptonshire, has received from John Cowngarton of Flore [Northamptonshire], gentleman, farmer of the parsonage, the sum of £4 for half-year's rent due last Michaelmas, with seal attached. Dated 30 September 1569. Receipt by John Pickarde, clerk, parson and rector of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], for 40s. paid by Mr. Robert Coungletton for a quarter's rent for the parsonage of Brockhall, due last Lady Day. Dated 26 March 1580. Bill witnessing that John Pickarde, clerk, parson and rector of Brockhall in Northamptonshire, has received from John Cowngarton of Flore [Northamptonshire], gentleman, farmer of the parsonage, the sum of £4 for half-year's rent due last Lady Day, with seal attached. Dated 26 March 1570. Letters of attorney of John Pickarde, clerk, parson of Brockhall in Northamptonshire, appointing Edmund Sherman, his servant, to receive £4 from Mr. Robert Coungletton, farmer of the parsonage, being a half-year's rent, due at Michaelmas, with seal attached. Dated 29 September 1580. Bill witnessing that John Pickard, clerk, parson of Brockhall in Northamptonshire, has received from John Coungarton of Flore [Northamptonshire], gentleman, farmer of the parsonage, the sum of £4 for half-year's rent due last Michaelmas, with seal attached.
