Titles and frontier lines added in manuscript. Reference tables to frontiers, frontier defences and principal defensive positions. Scale: 22 cm to 10,000 toises (1 inch to 1 mile). Dimensions: 111 cm x 177 cm and 111 cm x 201 cm. One sheet engraved by J Séguin, 'Ingr. du Roy, 1760', another by R Brunet. The manuscript additions may have been made between 1790 and 1814: one line may indicate France's boundary of 1790-1792, which was altered by the Treaty of Paris, 30 May 1814.
