Wray.: Vicarage and parish of Coverham, and defendant Smith's farmhold or tenement called "Cotescue alias Scotscue Parke," and lands in Coverham and Melmerby, farmed by said Smith and the defendant Wray, under Sir Hugh Smithson. Whether said lands were parcel of the possessions of the dissolved abbey of Coverham, and therefore exempted from the payment of tithes? Tithes.: York
