Barnes, gent., Joseph Stubbs, clerk.: Lands at Longthwayt (Cumberland), formerly belonging to John Stubbs (plaintiff's brother), and since to plaintiff, and the lands of John Sanderson, of Tiffenthwayt (Cumberland). Touching a distress levied upon plaintiff's goods for rent due to Sir Henry Fletcher, late of Hatton (Cumberland), Bart. Also touching the estate at Hesle Spring, of Richard Pearson, of Heslespring sold by him to the plaintiff. Mortgages. Accounts stated, &c., &c. [The names of Thos.
