Gill the younger.: Bastard child of Anne Fuller, an inhabitant of Ewhurst (Sussex). Touching a bond "given by the defts. Bates as surety for the said Wm. Bates the elder, to save harmlesse the said parish of Ewhurst of and from said bastard child, with the keeping and maintaineing of which the said parish was or might be chargeable," &c., &c.: Sussex
