The Right Honble. Thos. Duke of Leeds, Thos. Hunter, clerk, Matthew Sedgwick, Giles Sedgwick, Isabel Capestack (an infant), by Edwd. Sedgwick, her guardian. v. Richard Trotter: "Lordship or township" of Dent, and the three water corn mills belonging to the plaintiffs called "Dibb-dale" alias `The Over Mill,' "Parkins" alias "Gawthrop Mill," and the "Nether Mill," and a fourth mill called "Rash Mill," in the occupation of one Greenwood and one Simpson, and a fifth mill erected by defendant in said lordship. Touching the alleged interference by defendant (by erecting said mill) with the custom of "suit and service" (i.e., grinding corn, &c.) due by the inhabitants of said lordship to said four "customary mills.": York
