Clement Dark v. Timothy Tovey: Last will and testament of Henry Tovey (defendant's late father), whose widow, Elizabeth, married the now plaintiff, and his real and personal estate, including lands in Gretton (Gloucester), &c., &c. The names and possessionsof John Tovey (brother and executor of said Henry and defendant's late uncle), Thos. Baldwin, of Aston Underhill, Anthony Ashfield, of Parshore, Henry Tovey, John Tovey, Saml. Tovey, and Ann Tovey (defendant's brothers and sister), and John Thompson, citizen and upholsterer, of London, are mentioned.]: Gloucester
