Subject of depositions: "Shipp, pinque, or vessell" called the Golden Rose, of Sunderland (lost at sea), of which defendant is said to have been master, and of which Henry Lambton, of Lambton (Durham), William Lambton, Ralph Hedworth, William Fawcett, Hannah Boyes, widow, Mr Osburn, of London, the now plaintiff Amy Edwards, and Robert Wiggenor, of Monk Wearmouth (one of the deponents) are said to have been owners. Accounts, etc.
