Defendant(s): Mary Bennett, widow of Adam Bennett, Thomas Gregory, Ann Apcott.
Subject of depositions: Messuage or tenement, in Truro, purchased by William Upcott (late of Truro) of the plaintiff. Also touching the lands, in Devon, called "Penton" of said Adam Bennett (whose daughter Ann first married said William Upcott, and afterwards Hugh Tonkin). Mortgages, etc.
County/place: Cornwall.
Date of commission: 5 July 1693.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 September 1693 at Truroe.
