Defendant(s): John Cooke alias Langdon, Thomas Higgins, Richard Batt.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Mary Cooke alias Langdon (formerly Mary Batt), who intermarried with defendant (John Cooke). Touching her estate. Particularly touching a bequest of £50 contained in her said will.
County/place: Somerset.
Date of commission: 5 July 1693.
