Whether the plaintiff is seized of the inheritance thereof, "and of the soile of the streets and wast grounds "? etc. Touching the right to the tolls of fairs and markets. Weights and measures, and "the pretended com'on beame scales and weights newly set up by the defts." Customs of said manor, etc. Touching also the profits, made by plaintiff by "his com'on beame and scales" by weighing of wool and yarne, and other weighable com'odities within said borough.
