Description

Short title: Gallopp v Odber.

Plaintiff(s): Maximilian Gallopp and his wife Jane, John Bower and his wife Hester.

Defendant(s): John Odber and his wife Mary, William Lawes, Thomas Lawes, William Chubb.

Subject of depositions: Personal estate of Henry Rogers, the younger, late of Barwick St John's (Wiltshire), yeoman (defendant Mary's late husband), and money claimed by plaintiff as due to him from said Henry.

County/place: Somerset; Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 December 1692 at Froome Selwood, delivered into Court 8 February 1693.
