Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Tarleton, widow, William Tarleton, (an infant), by said Elizabeth his mother and next friend.
Defendant(s): Margery Taylor, widow, executrix of Thomas Taylor.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of William Tarleton, of Bridgnorth, "Trowman" (plaintiff's late husband), and his personal estate, and the estate, of Thomas Taylor (defendant's late husband), who was executor of said William Tarleton.
County/place: Shropshire.
Date of commission: 24 November 1692.
