Description

Short title: Lady Milward v Little.

Plaintiff(s): The Honble. Christian Lady Milward, widow.

Defendant(s): John Little, Henry Leane, George Andrews.

Subject of depositions: Tenements called "Treneane" in the parish of Morvall, and tenements in West Trenedo called "Morvall Parkes" and "Vaughan Parkes ", "Alice Horken's Parke ", "Widlake" alias "Carldane" all in said parish and tenements in Tredinnick in said parish. Tithes. [The names, etc. of Sir Chas. Modiford, bart Thomas Yate, late of Gray's Inn, Sir Charles Tufton, the Honourable Katharine Bridges, and Cecill Tufton, esq, are mentioned].

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 28 November 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 January 1693 at Liskeard.
