Description

Short title: Tarleton v Taylor.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Tarleton and her son William Tarleton.

Defendant(s): Margery Taylor, executrix of Thomas Taylor, her late husband, who was executor of William Tarleton.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of said William Tarleton, late of Bridgnorth (Shropshire), "trowman" (plaintiff's late husband), and his estate, and the last will and testament and estate of Thomas Taylor, late of Bridgnorth, butcher.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 15 June 1692.
