Whether the said grounds are one and the same called by different names? Whether said premises are parcel of the late dissolved Priory of the Holy Cross, in or near Colchester, and discharged (as being "Abbey lands ") from the payment of tithes? Whether said lands are holden as copyhold of the manor of Lexden. Tithes.
