Short title: Burkitt v Carter.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Burkitt, widow, Thomas Denny, Thomas Burkitt, executors of the last will and testament of Miles Burkitt, deceased.

Defendant(s): Benjamin Carter.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Miles Burkitt and his estate, including a messuage or common inn situate in Sudbury,in Suffolk, called by the name of "the Angel Inn" etc.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 9 May 1692.
