Plaintiff(s): The Attorney General on behalf of His Majesty and of the poore of the parish of St Andrew in the city of Norwich.
Defendant(s): Joshua Britten, clerk.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Elvedon (Suffolk). Whether Sucklyn Jay, late of Holveston (Norfolk), patron of said rectory, settled a portion of tithes in the said parish called "Hospitlers Tithes" on the now defendant or on the "rector of said rectory for the payment of eight pounds a year to the overseers of the said parish of St Andrew, in Norwich, freely discharged of all taxes, for the benefit of the poor of said parish?" etc. Tithes.
