Plaintiff(s): John Emes.
Defendant(s): Edward Wyke.
Subject of depositions: Two messuages or tenements situate in Parshore, in Worcester, called "Marriotts" and "Whithornes" the reversion or inheritance whereof the plaintiff is said to have purchased of Elizabeth Lady Windsor. Touching the debts, of said Lady Windsor, the widow of Lord Windsor, and late wife of the now defendant.
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1688.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 January 1689 at Parshore, delivered into Court 4 May 1689.
