Short title: Hody v Kith.
Plaintiff(s): Ann Hody, widow, relict of Gilbert Hody, deceased, Anne Hody and Johane Hody, spinsters, daughters and heiresses of said Gilbert (infants), by said Anne, their mother and next frinde, George Northover, Anthony Ettrick, John Hody, John Hind, and Nathaniel Bond.
Defendant(s): Nathaniel Kith, clerk.
Subject of depositions: Barton, capital messuage, farm, and demesnes of Alscott alias Alverdiscott (Devon), and an antient water-grist mill built upon the barton, and the rectory or parsonage of Alscott alias Alverdiscott aforesaid. Tithes.
County/place: Devon.
Date of commission: 28 May 1688.
