Description

Short title: Attorney General v Lloyd.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Sawyer, kt (His Majesty's late Attorney General), on the behalfe and at the relation of the Honorable the Ladies Frances and Althamia Vaughan.

Defendant(s): Charles Lloyd.

Subject of depositions: Lucius Lloyd (a felo de se) (reputed son of Sir Francis Lloyd, of Maes Velin, kt, deceased), and the estate he died possessed of, including a lease or grant from the Chanter of St Davids of the rectory or parish church of Llambiter (Lanpeter?), Cardigan, held under the will and bequest of Sir Fras. and a lease of a messuage, called "Keven y Mase" in the parish of Troeddyr eyr (Cardigan), held of his late Majesty Charles 2 and the tolls and profits of the several fairs of Llandessell, Llaureney, Llanwennogge, Llanybyther (Lanpeter?), and Llandihewyd, and a lease of the rectory and church of Llanwennogge, and two messuages, called "Glase Gelly ycha" and "Glase Gelly issa" within the manors of Gwrnioneth, Isskirdyn, and Iseved, Cardigan. Value of premises in the years 1678 to 1686. Touching the last will and testament of Sir Francis Lloyd.

Date of commission: 28 May 1688.
