Subject of depositions: Township of Friskney and the marshes in Friskney called "Friskney Marshes." Touching the "gaining" or imbanking of lands overflowed by the sea. "Was the late King Charles the First by some one or more inquisitions found to be seised of said marshes?" Right of common, metes and bounds, etc. [Suits between Peregrine Bertie, esq, and the "owners" of the marshes, are mentioned].
