Description

Short title: Taylor v Parkinson.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Taylor.

Defendant(s): John Parkinson.

Subject of depositions: "Premises in question" (i.e. a messuage in Turton) (Lancashire) [as appears by an Order of Court. See Order Book. 4 James 2. Michaelmas the 150th entry under that term.] Mortgaged by plaintiff for money borrowed of defendant, etc.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 18 February 1688.
