Description

Short title: Cartwright v Nutt.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Cartwright (an infant), by the Hon. Ursula Cartwright, his mother and guardian.

Defendant(s): John Nutt, Thomas Nutt.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Dadington, and lands in Dadington and Clifton (Oxfordshire). Touching chief rents claimed by plaintiff of the defendants as being due to the lord of the manor for a farm called "Horsman's farm" etc.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 15 June 1687.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 October 1687 at Dadington.
