Short title: Kendall v Boyes.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Kendall, clerk.

Defendant(s): Thomas Boyes, John Craven, Timy. Chapman, Thomas Craven, John Watson, Michael Wilkinson, Robert Watson, Matthew Farrow, George Shields, John Stonehouse, William Wilson, Robert Nicholson, Ann Medd, Robert Medd, John Redman, William Peirson, George Peirson, Thomas Peirson, Richard Day alias Medd.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and church of Middleton, and chapels or chapelrys of Cropton and Rosedale, and the chapelry of Lockton, in the parish of Middleton. Tithes.
