Whether it was purchased by Grace Bold (late servant to the Lady Tildesley) with her own proper moneys. Touching a lease of the aforesaid premises made by Robert Charnock to Grace Bold and her sister Gaynor Jones (one of the defendants). Were the premises the property of Robert, and the lease intended to "any secret trust "?.
