Description

Short title: Williams v Jones.

Plaintiff(s): Daniel Williams.

Defendant(s): Rice Jones and his wife Isabel, Cicilly Morgan.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Brecon, and mills called "Devynocke Mill ", "Senny Mill" and "Cray Mill" situate in the parish of Devynocke, "Ystrod velty Mill" situate in the parish of Ystrod velty, "Glintawy Mill" situate in the parish of Ystrod guinlais, "Lywell Mill" situate in the parish of Lywell, and "Pulcough Mill" (Brecon). Touching the custom of "suit and service" to the mills (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).

County/place: Breconshire.

Date of commission: 9 May 1687.
