Subject of depositions: Bond (given by Sir Nicholas to John Coke, of Holkham) for payment of monies due by Sir Nicholas upon his executorship of the personal estate of Coke's late father, alleged to have been lent by Mr Coke to the Sir Nicholas to show to his lady (the plaintiff). Touching the alleged refusal of Sir Nicholas to return the "unsatisfied" bond (so lent as aforesaid) when requested by Mr Coke so to do.
