Description

Short title: Flyer v Mitchell.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Flyer.

Defendant(s): Daniel Mitchell.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Daniels, in Sandon (of which the plaintiff is lord). Touching lands in the manor purchased by defendant. Whether formerly belonging to William Duke (late of Sandon), and since to his daughters and co-heiresses, who married Thomas Rombold, Robert Rombold, Robert Thurgood, and William Eldridge? What quit rent was and is due and payable for such lands to the lord of the manor?.

County/place: Hertfordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1687.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 April 1687 at Sandon.
