Subject of depositions: Apprenticeship of Richard Elde, deceased, one of the younger sons of the plaintiff, to the defendant, linendraper. Touching defendant's treatment of the apprentice, who was bound to defendant for seven years (with a premium of £50), and who forfeited his indentures by marrying before the expiration of the seven years, and was therefore turned away by his master.
