Plaintiff(s): Richard Newman, Sir William Portman, bart Edward Barkley, and Edward Yard, administrators of Thomas Warr, the younger, during the minority of Thomas Warr (an infant), son of said Thomas Warr, the younger, and executor of his last will and testament.
Defendant(s): William Warr.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Thomas Warr, the elder, of Shepton Beauchamp (Somerset) (late father of Thomas Warr, the younger,), and his real and personal estate, including the manor and demesnes of Swell, the manor of Bradford, and a tenement in Sandford.
