Touching a fee-farm rent of £122 4s issuing out of the aforesaid lands lately payable to the late Queen Henrietta Maria, mother of His Majesty that now is, or unto His Majesty, and now or late unto Sir John Banks, bart Neglect of repairs of sea banks; expenses.
