Defendant(s): Robert Cooke, clerk, executor of Elizabeth Warren, widow.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament, of Mrs Elizabeth Wentworth, widow, formerly called Mrs Elizabeth Warren (daughter of Sir Edward Warren, of Poynton (Cheshire)). Touching a sum of £120 claimed by the executors of John Haslehurst as due to them out of the estate of Mrs Wentworth, deceased.
County/place: Cheshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1682.
