Defendant(s): Chr. Stephenson and his wife Elizabeth, Abigail Bunworth, Esther Bunworth, the daughters and heiresses of Thomas Bunworth, deceased, Henry Morris, Thomas Trott.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Barkston, in Lincoln, lately belonging to Richard Hickson, and lands in Barkston, lately held by William Bunworth (father of defendant Thomas and grandfather of defendants Esther and Abigail) as of such manor. Touching an alleged agreement between plaintiff and Thomas Bunworth about a rent of nine shillings (as a chief rent) being paid for a close of pasture (late of Thomas Bunworth) lying in Barkston, and called "Deadmores" etc.
County/place: Lincolnshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1682.
