Description

Short title: Witherstone v Lingen.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Witherstone.

Defendant(s): Blanch Lingen, spinster, Robert Wylde, Anne Bourne, widow.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Sutton Freene, and the authenticity of various deeds and acquittances signed by Dame Alice Lingen, etc. Touching the alleged trespass of the plaintiff upon such manor.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1682.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 October 1682 at Hereford.
