Description

Short title: Wooley v Betson.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Wooley.

Defendant(s): George Betson, executor of George Betson his father, late deceased.

Subject of depositions: Lands and tenements in the parishes of Tathwell and Hangham, in Lincoln, formerly farmed by plaintiff of George Wilmore, and the seizure of plaintiff's goods for arrears of rent.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1682.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 31 October 1682 at Louth.
