Description

Short title: Walden v Jackson.

Plaintiff(s): John Walden, a haberdasher of small wares in London.

Defendant(s): Sarah Jackson, widow, relict and executrix of Henry Jackson, deceased, a shopkeeper or mercer in the country.

Subject of depositions: Receipts and acquittances for goods consigned by plaintiff to Henry Jackson and to his son Jeremiah Jackson.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1681.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 April 1681 at Halifax.
