Description

Short title: Cave v Eldridge.

Plaintiff(s): John Cave, the elder. clerk.

Defendant(s): William Eldridge, yeoman.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Great Milton, and a meadow there called Great Milditch, some time in the possession of Sir James Symonds, his mother Lady Symonds, and his late father Sir George Symonds. Tithes.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1681.
