Description

Short title: Dallow v White.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Dallow, son and heir and executor of Phillip Dallow, deceased.

Defendant(s): Charles White, son and heir of Charles White, late of Bevall (Nottinghamshire), deceased, William Horne, Ralph Edgé, William Petty.

Subject of depositions: Estate, debts, of Chas. White aforesaid (defendant's late father), including lands in Sturton (Nottinghamshire) sold to John Thornleigh.

County/place: Derbyshire; Nottinghamshire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1678.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 September 1678 at Washington.
