Plaintiff(s): Richard Corbet, the younger.

Defendant(s): Thomas Burton.

Subject of depositions: Rectory impropriate and parish of Avenbury, and farms called "Hackley Farm" and "the Heath." Tithes. [Thomas Hackett, John Hackett, and Henry Hackett, formerly "owners in fee" of rectory, are mentioned].
