Subject of depositions: Manor "or reputed manor" of Harlington and the manor of Youngs (Bedford), and the woods belonging called "Harlington Wood" and a tenement called "Berry Barne" or "Berry Field;" formerly mortgaged by Thomas Earl of Cleveland and his son Thomas Lord Wentworth (plaintiff's late grandfather) to Sir John Thorowgood ( "late brother or near kinsman of the deft.") and part thereof mortgaged to John Wingate.
