Plaintiff(s): The master, pilots, and seamen of the Trinity House, in Newcastle-on-Tyne, in the town of Newcastle-on-Tyne.
Defendant(s): William Perith, Robert Malabar, Christopher Shadforth.
Subject of depositions: Trinity House of Newcastle-on-Tyne and the port of Newcastle-on-Tyne. Port dues. Metes and bounds, etc. Plaintiffs claim the duty of primage on all goods and merchandises brought into the port from parts beyond seas.
County/place: Newcastle-on-Tyne.
Date of commission: 28 November 1670.
