Description

Short title: Osman v Jucks.

Plaintiff(s): William Osman.

Defendant(s): Lancelot Jucks.

Subject of depositions: Bond given by plaintiff to Bridget Osborne, as security for money borrowed of her by him. Touching plaintiff's lands in Brockamen, and meadow lands in Leigh, called Hoptons and Viccarill, demised by plaintiff's mother to defendant.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1670.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 January 1671 at Bromyard.
