Description

Short title: Clavering v Errington.

Plaintiff(s): Sir James Clavering, bart Sir Francis Anderson, kt.

Defendant(s): Mark Errington.

Subject of depositions: Alleged contempt committed by defendant in disobeying a writ of injunction out of this court, enjoining him to permit the plaintiffs (His Majesty's fee farmers of the moyetie ofcertain colemines in Denton, Northumberland), quietly and peaceably to hold and enjoy wayleave and staithroome or staithleave in as ample manner as for three years before they held and enjoyed the same.

County/place: Newcastle-on-Tyne; Northumberland.
