Description

Short title: Gerard v Stoughton.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Gerard.

Defendant(s): Roger Stoughton, James Wainwright, Thomas Gerard.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Ince, in Makerfield and Aspull, and other lands, in Wigan, Hindley, and Abraham, belonging to Thomas Gerard, one of the defendants. Touching mortgages, etc. Survey, etc. [Sir William Gerard, bart (plaintiff's brother), is mentioned].

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1670.
